Eatout.im is here to change the way you order food. We’ve partnered with all your favourite Isle of Man restaurants and cafes – from hidden gems to local favourites – to bring you the stuff you love, when you need it the most. Choose a restaurant, place an order for take away and enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of your own home.
What kind of restaurants are listed on eatout.im?
We’re driven by the community, which means we haven’t limited – or curated – which restaurants, cafés, or coffee houses can sign-up. Variety is the spice of life, so whether you’re looking for your next burger or your favourite coffee, you’re sure to find something on our site.
How can I sign up?
Click here to register. From there we will activate your account and provide you with details on how to set yourself up to receive your first order.
How do I manage my menu?
This can be managed using our restaurant dashboard feature. Here you can add items, edit categories, enable and disable products as well as see which items are most popular in terms of total turn over to date.
Can I manage my own profile?
Yes, you are able to manage your own restaurants profile including your contact details, order instructions, opening hours, time slots and more.
Can I have more than one restaurant ?
Yes, if you have multiple restaurants you can manage all of them in your dashboard.
Can I control how many orders I get?
We know how important it is to meet demand so through our restaurant dashboard feature you can easily manage your capacity by limiting the number of orders allowed at a specific time each day.
Do you take commission on orders?
We have a ZERO commission policy. However we will be looking to introduce a small subscription fee in the future to allow us to invest time and money into developing and supporting the platform further.
Who do I contact for support?

Do you provide a delivery service?
We currently do not provide a delivery service, the fulfillment of your orders is entirely up to you.
Do you deal with refunds or customer complaints?
No all refunds, customer complaints or queries about orders are directed to the specific restaurant in question.
Do you deliver ?
Each restaurant is responsible for fulfilling their own orders. Delivery is therefore dependent on the restaurant you ordered from.
Who do I contact if there is an issue with my order?
Please contact the restaurant or café you placed your order with. Eatout.im is simply the middle man, acting on behalf of the businesses listed on our website.
How do I get more information about the menu, pricing, or delivery/collection for each restaurant?
If you have any questions regarding a menu item, pricing, or a delivery/collection process, we suggest you contact the restaurant directly to clarify. All contact details are included on the individual restaurant profiles.
Can I place an order anytime of the day or night?
Eatout.im is online 24/7, however, we suggest checking each restaurant’s operating hours on their profile before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any orders placed outside of a restaurant’s operating hours.
How can I pay for my order?
Each restaurant is facilitating payments differently. Please carefully read the restaurant’s payment instructions before placing an order.
Is there a minimum spend?
The minimum order amount can vary depending on which restaurant you’re ordering from, so please check each restaurant’s specific order instructions.
What if I need to cancel my order?
As eatout.im is only processing these orders on behalf of the restaurants, any cancellations will need to be made directly with the restaurant.
What if I have allergies?
If you have specific allergies and are concerned about any items on a restaurant’s menu, please contact the restaurant directly.
